Balwyn AnglicanComment

WELCOME to Balwyn Anglican today, especially if you are visiting for the first time. Please stay for Morning Tea after the service. Children are welcome at Balwyn Anglican, there is a children’s program in the 10.30am Service & toys are available in the Family Room near the front of the church.

Financial Appeal 2014 Update

As you know we recently approached the congregation with a special financial appeal as we near the end of our financial year.

In the three weeks since the appeal was first made we are pleased to be able to advise that an additional $5,200 has been generously contributed in response to this call.

With a few weeks still remaining, we are optimistic that the full amount of $10,000 can be raised, allowing our church to fulfill its annual obligations for Mission Giving including our contributions to MAF and CMS, supporting the Thompson and Little families.

Thank you again for your continuing support!

Alison, Lynn, Iain and Cameron
Treasurer and Wardens, on behalf of the Parish Council.

A unique project of Samaritan’s Purse bringing God’s hope and joy to children in desperate situations. Children who receive Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes may have never received a gift before.
